Hello Everyone,

Most people know that I have started selling Discovery Toys. Well that is where I have been, trying to get my business off the ground. Needless to say, I have not clipped coupons is a few weeks they are just sitting there on the table looking at me. My husband was shocked at the fact that I didn't even go out to get at least 1 paper (no coupons this past weekend) so he could have something to read. Oh well, sorry honey! I plan on scheduling my couponing/Discovery Toys/playgroups/church groups/sleep into my week soon. For the moment I just have to go into super TYPE A mode to get it all done. Until my next post.

Today was like any other day of the week, shopping and getting Free stuff. Well we went to Victoria Secrets this morning to get out Free Cotton Panties and just walked around the mall. Well we ended up in Sears and they have a bunch of stuff on clearance up to 75% off and there was this bed pillow (you know the kind that you use while reading in bed with the little arms) in the clearance area. I told Arielle that maybe Daddy would like one of these for Father's Day so we took it to the register to find out the price. Well, needless to say we put it back (they wanted 10.24 for it) and went to her store (Disney).

So about 8 hours go by without mentioning the pillow. Then hubby gets home and she begins to tell him about her day, like she does everyday.

'Daddy today we went shopping at the mall and got mommy so more panties at the big girl store. We got you a card to that talks, and one for Cleo for her party.' 'It's for Father's Day,' I say and then she gets to the pillow. 'Daddy I couldn't get you the bean bag chair because I didn't have a coupon.'

That's my girl! I guess she hears me say that all the time when I'm shopping. If you don't have a coupon then you don't get it unless you really must have it. What a smart little 3 year old I have on my hands.

New Year....New Me

This year's resolution....Put myself before others!

I'm not doing the diet thing or be nice to people, instead I'm going to take care of me. Granted I am working out and doing a weight loss contest in one of my playgroups but I guess that kinda goes along with the taking care of me.

Taking Care of Me:
~More showers by myself (no little people interruptions)
~Go to bed before Midnight
~Eat better
~Workout
~Go to the spa/salon regularly
~Not be so eager to help everyone all the time

So part of the taking care of me involved going to the doctor today. Boy was that fun. My main complaint was my blood pressure, it has been high since I got pregnant with Avin. So after an EKG, bloodwork and a physical, my doctor put me on a bloodpressure med. Hopefully this will help while I'm working out. My big fear with working out and having a high BP was that I was going to pass out while exercising. Hopefully the meds work and I can stop taking them in 5 months. Not to mention that I want to lose 60 pounds by May. Well wish me luck!

CVS Rocks!!!

Well as most of you know....CVS' three day sale started today (Thursday at MIDNIGHT). So that is where I was and boy was it worth my time. Not only did I get everything on my list for SUPER CHEAP but I also got to meet a few other 'Couponers'. It was really nice. The entire CVS was a buzz with coupon fanatics going from aisle to aisle and even helping each other out with where items were hidden in the store. This was one of my favorite shopping experiences at CVS.

The Week Goes On and On

Well we are now to Wednesday. Humpday as most would call it. Where to start, ah Tuesday, I was awoken to 'Have you seen my wallet?' and so the day began. Apparently, Dustin's wallet was in our bedroom because that is where he left it the night before on the counter. It was gone when he was ready to go to work and now we must all find it. So I usually have a morning routine that 'Does NOT' involve getting out of bed before the sun. When I do get up before I even go downstairs with the kids we are all dressed and ready to go for the day. So when I had to get up at 6am to hunt for a wallet I knew that it was going to be a day unlike any other. We tore up the house from top to bottom and even Arielle got up to help (she was of no help by the way). So Dustin went to work without his wallet and the kids and I spent the rest of the morning searching every crack inside and outside the house. By 10am I had spoken with my IRA guy and got some not so good news. We'll save that for another entry. Talked to 10 people on the phone, email everyone I needed to and still no wallet.

Finally a break in the case.....Arielle says the wallet went flying down the stairs. So I think well I must have scooped it up in all the toys mess that was spilling out of the toy room into the hall. Well, let's dump out the pack-n-play (which by the way is stuffed with every toy piece/part known to mom). I start digging and here she comes with those big eyes and that squeaky little voice...."No mom it's Upstairs!" Well this telling me it's here or there continues ALL DAY. Well, nap time comes and goes. So I needed to get out of the house so we went shopping so MOMMY could feel better. I don't even have to buy anything, just being around other people in that environment relaxes me. That was so not the case when I worked in retail.

Dustin gets home and here we go again with the upstairs/downstairs wallet thing. Arielle was so funny, Dustin asked her if she knew where 'Daddy's Money' is and she said for him to wait there that she would get it. So she goes over to the blue box in the middle of our bedroom floor and says that its in here......'Are you sure'...."Yes Daddy"........but this whole time Dustin has to stand by the bedroom door and is not allowed to come over there.....so finally she says 'Here is your money Daddy (It was just a coin)! That was Daddy's money alright. Everywhere Dustin had change laying around....she found it and thought that was what he wanted. She was right in a way because he said money not wallet. Anyway, we went to bed without having found his wallet.

Today (Wednesday).....6am wake up.....'Hey Therese, I found my wallet!' What else was I to do but get up and ask where....'It was in the towels'. I remember looking there but everything looked in order so why unfold all the towels. So needless to say Dustin was happy to get his wallet and Arielle's little game was over. Have you ever watched that cartoon....Pinky and The Brain......everyday Pinky asks Brain what are we going to do today and Brain says 'Try to take over the World'......that is so Arielle. We managed to make it out to 7 Acre Wood this morning with playgroup. The kids had so much fun. Avin kept barking at the goats, he thought that they looked like dogs. The kids got to take home some mini pumpkins. They are now in hiding (Arielle and Avin are the only ones that know where they are). Not really. Let's just hope that I don't forget where they put them. Hehe.

Well it is only Wednesday so we will see what the rest of the week has in store.....CAN'T WAIT!!

The Week So Far

Well I think that cold season is finally here.......

Arielle has a cold and of course Dustin thinks that he caught what she has. I am just having a wonderful time with my allergies. Now we are just waiting for the boy to get sick and then things will be really wonderful over here (HAHA).

Have you ever heard that when you get bitten my another person you get a very bad infection due to the germs in there mouth? Well it's so true. I was cleaning Avin's teeth/tongue and he bit me twice on the same finger. I didn't think anything about it till last night when my finger began to ache....hmmmmm....I thought???.....what happened there?......then I remembered. AVIN BIT ME! Apparently he broke the skin with those razor sharp teeth of his. So now my finger is infected. And to think the week is barely a day old.

What else is going to happen before weeks end? Stay tuned to find out.

We're Still Here.....

What a week....as most of you know Hurricane Ike came to visit us here in Houston. We decided to go and stay with Dustin's parents since they have fewer trees close to there house. It was nice till the tree in the front yard fell around 5am. We just heard a noise like some branches hit the window and when we looked outside there it was the tree. Thankfully the tree didn't hit the house. At first Arielle was scared but she quickly warmed up the the idea of a storm and trees blowing. I guess she gets that from me. I love a good storm no matter what it is. We all watched it rain and rain and rain some more. Throughout the day we each took a nap of sorts. The one thing that I loved about staying there was that we all got to hang out without outside interruption from the TV. It was nice. Not to mention that they have gas so we were able to have hot meals most of the week.

After the storm had cleared our area and was close to Dallas we finally went over to our house. Now that was an adventure, just trying to get out of the neighborhood with downed trees everywhere. I would say that a normal 5 minute drive took us about 20 minutes. Trees and water everywhere and lots of people not knowing how to drive when there is no traffic signal to tell you what to do. We made it back to our house and everything was fine here. So we went and picked up the kids and headed home for the evening.

We all slept in the living room on the floor with the windows open for 3 nights. It was great kinda like camping. The normal hot humid Houston weather was replaced by a cool front for those first few days so it was nice. Plus the hum of the neighbors generator helped keep me asleep. On Monday Dustin returned to work after taking some vacation days in hopes of celebrating his birthday with the family, maybe next year. Then there was a knock at my front door, the neighbors had invited us over for breakfast. We had sausage, coffee, scrambled eggs and biscuits. It was nice since I only knew a couple of the neighbors, we all hung out for a while and got to catch up on each others personal lives. Anyway, breakfast, lunch and even dinner were all eaten with neighbors for a few days. I think that every month our street will be having some sort of 'Dinner in the Drive' thing. Kinda like a potluck dinner in the driveways. It should be fun.

On Wednesday (9/17) we finally got our power back on at 830pm. I couldn't sleep because I thought that the lights were going to go out again. I have since adjusted. My neighbors across the street got there power back on Saturday (9/20) but they all had generators so it wasn't that bad. They have started to pick up all of the trees and more and more people are getting power. Hope everyone that is without power will have faith that soon the lights will be back on and things will get better.

If you know me I don't like to be off my routine. So this is all I am going to say about Ike.....

Sorry it has been 2 weeks since my last post but I have been ultra busy with the playgroups.

I have started teaching people how to use coupons effectively and it seems to be catching on. I now have more and more people asking me about coupons and how I do it. Let me tell you it's not easy but so worth the time and effort. I really don't know where to begin since I have not blogged for 2 weeks?!

Well here is basically what we did: prep for coupon class, check email, buy gifts for 2 different parties, make food for one party, check email, took showers, did laundry, went shopping for deals (duh), checked email, worked on stuff for church festival this past weekend, checked email, bought newspapers, sorted coupons, went to several playgroup outings, saw Kristy's new house, went to Grandma's, hung out with the girls, ate food, checked email, wrote lots of thank you notes, checked email, sent off rebates, checked mail for more free stuff, read a ton of blogs and slept sometimes. I think that just about covers most of the past 2 weeks. As you all know I did more than what was listed but my brain is not working right after all of that so I am taking a vacation for my own sanity as well as for Dustin's sanity.

September is shaping up to be another busy month but I will do my best to not over extend myself again and make the Old Man stressed out. I have now taken on the task of making a cookbook for our church. That should be fun. It will probably take me 5 months to get it all together for publishing. I'll let you know how that goes.

The past few weeks around here have been nuts. This is my busiest month so far this year. Of the 31 days of this month I have 24 event scheduled. There is one week that I have 2 thing going on at least 5 days that week.

Needless to say my blog will not be that up to date for a while.

Good News: Avin is finally walking. Well grandma and I figure that if he can make it across the living room then he's officially walking. He has been doing that for a week now. No more baby boy, he's a big man.

This past week has been a readjustment period for me. After all of the Birthday Party stuff was finally over I got back to checking my email. Was I surprised to see that I have 300 emails over the weekend not including spam. I have to say that I still have 100 in my inbox unchecked. I guess if I waited this long to check them then maybe I should just delete them?

Tonight I had the pleasure of babysitting for some of our friends while they went out for there anniversary. It was great. I think that the best part of the evening was giving all 4 kids a bath at the same time (3 girls, 1 boy). Avin was a little overwhelmed at first with all those women in his tub but he got over it and started splashing the girls. Needless to say they didn't want to get that wet. So he was the first one out of the tub. It was great fun. The girls didn't want to stop playing but we will see them on Monday at JW Tumbles for some more fun.

NOW for the fun stuff......COUPONS!!

Who doesn't like to save money on stuff? Well I sure do! I am really getting into this coupon stuff now. We (the kids & I) went to Kroger yesterday and my bill was 65.37. And to think that before my coupons and member card my total was 130.76, so I saved 50% on groceries! I would have saved more if I wasn't distracted and paying attention to the checker and had him ring up 2 separate transactions. Oh well. I figure if you can save at least 50% on your bill with coupons then you are doing good. My goal for the upcoming months is to only spend $40 a week on groceries! I mean I'm doing good right now to only be spending $320 a month as compared to the $500-$600 I was spending before using coupons.

Last night I got to go to Wal~Mart all by myself (NO KIDS). I was there for about 2 hours or more just taking my time and checking out new things. While I was looking for a coupon to match up with the item I was buying, I noticed a man looking at me weird. So I smiled and gave him a coupon for one of the items he was holding. 'Well that was so nice, are you sure you don't need this coupon?' was what the man said. I think I spent about 25 minutes with this man on the dish detergent aisle talking about coupons and how he use to do it back in the day. He was in shock to hear how much I save every time I go shopping. So I gave him a quick run through of what was in my cart and the coupons I had and told him that my total would be 50% less after all the coupons. He couldn't believe it but he said that he was going to start using coupons again.

If I only inspire one person to use coupons then it's worth it. Now we all know that I have inspired more than one person here as of late to start using coupons. I could not be doing this without all of my blogger ladies help (please see my favorite sites for these blogs).

That is what Arielle says after she goes to the potty. On this day though she was being very quiet after going. I heard the flush so I thought she would be out soon. So I went on doing what I was with Avin at the time and still she never came out. I thought that maybe she wasn't finished and desided to go again. A few minutes later she came to me. You could only imagine my reaction seeing a soaking wet kid standing infront of me and thinking that I never heard the faucet turn on. Hmmmmm.....

I asked her what she did and she said she needed to wash her hair. WITH TOILET WATER!!! OMG!!! That will teach me to leave her to do her business on her own again. This is one of those things that I will be sure to bring up to any future boyfriends. What a great story.

Avin's new way of sitting in a high chair......what a character!! This was at McDonalds the other day (July 18) for one of our meetup play dates. We celebrated all the July birthdays. He loves to stand up in his chair all the time. We never had this problem with Arielle, she was always such a LADY. Like they say each kid is different.

Sunday July 6th ~ Church and relax.

Monday July 7th ~ Took the kids to JW Tumbles at 9am, they always have so much fun when we go there. Everything was going great till someone needed to go potty, she went and all was fine. While I was in there I thought well I should just go myself. To make a long story short...I had my camera in my pocket when I sat down to potty but getting up my camera went for a swim. After that not so funny incident we went to Subway and got some lunch to go and met up with some friends at the mall play area. We got home just before nap time and the kids went to sleep while I tried to think of how to fix my camera.

Tuesday July 8th ~ We were suppose to go to another play date in the morning but I chose to go to the dentist and get my teeth cleaned. I was so relaxed that I began to doze off while getting my teeth cleaned. Came home to a napping baby. "What are you thinking letting him take a nap at 10am?" was my reaction when I came in. So off Dustin went to do what he needed to do for the day.

Wednesday July 9th ~ Playgroup at church. We had our potluck luncheon today. It was fun, not too many kids running around the place.

Thursday July 10th ~ I got my fillings today. Ouch!! The power went out today for about 4 hours. Good thing we were gone most of the time. I got my camera all dried out and turned it on and still nothing....but wait try recharging the battery first. Well that did the trick. Camera is now up and running again. Whooo Hoooo!!

Friday July 11th ~ We didn't do much of anything today. Abby came over to play. She spent most of her time dressing all of Arielle's babies. I think the funniest part of them being around each other is when Abby was sharing her Oreo's. Abby would eat the filling and give Arielle the cookie part to eat. I guess it worked out great for the both of them.

Saturday July 12th ~ We went to the Y today. Arielle has been so scared of the big bucket for most of the summer but today she was ready to get in the water without having to wait 30mins to get all psyched up. Avin thought that pool was okay so we went to the lap pool (deeper water) and he thought it was a huge tub. He splashed like he was taking a bath. It was great. I think he liked it since it was not that busy over there.

Well that ends my (our) week. Next week should be twice as busy. Can't wait!

Couponing....whooo hooo!!

I can't get enough of them. I started out by just cutting them when needed and now I am in the big leagues. I have found quite a few sites that I am faithful to. They have great ways to use the coupons and get the items for free or close to free as possible. Now who doesn't like free? This past weeks big deal was Walgreens Diapers...buy 3 @ 5.99 each.... and get 5.00 in Register Rewards.....the key is using the 2 coupons that they had......so anyway I paid 1.58 per pack out of pocket but I really made 5.25 (with RR). Thanks to the mom sites that I visit regularly (Freebies4Mom, BeCentsable & TheCentsableSawyer)

(June 24th) Arielle has had a wonderful week of potty training. She has only had a couple of accidents and still wakes up dry in the morning. The last 3 days have been fun....can we say constipation! What is a mom to do? Miralax!

Well it is now July 5th....and poop is still an issue. After taking the advice of a couple of friends (Angela and Shannon) enemas/suppositories are the way to go. They work like a charm, too bad Arielle doesn't see the good side of us holding her down and give these to her everyday. At the beginning of the month Dustin told her that if she went poop like a big girl two days in a row she could get a new movie. She did but under her terms of having to go and splash around in the bath for a while both days. I guess playing in the water helps her to relax and not think about going poop. Whatever works. So she got her movie (Monsters) yesterday. Arielle is a very smart little girl....she knows how to get what she wants. At the moment Dustin and I are just pawns in her very elaborate chess game.

Oh my word what a weekend........

I guess I will start with Thursday. We had our Dragonflies playgroup here to make Father's Day ties. It was fun! I think that most of the mommas made the ties while the kiddos played. I think that everyone had fun though. That evening I noticed that Arielle was still coughing but I didn't think that it was anything. Plus we were going to another play date in the morning so I thought it would pass. Somewhere in the middle of the night I noticed that Avin was a bit warmer than usual. Well I should have known something was up......

Friday morning comes and Avin is running warmer than usual and Arielle is coughing like crazy. Well, needless to say we ended up staying home from our play date. Avin's fever kept going up so we went to the doc and it was 102.5. Poor baby. The short of it is that Friday was long...nigh time was even longer. There is nothing like a baby with a fever/congestion sleeping on top of you. Did I mention that I hate to be hot when I sleep? Well I do. Saturday was the same as Friday but more fever/congestion/coughing by both kiddos. It was great. This was Dustin's long weekend off. Oh well!

Saturday evening after dinner Arielle decides to take off her clothes/diaper and put on her Nemo swim suit and watch TV. For some reason I asked her if she needed to go potty she said yes and took off her swim suit and went to the potty. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON??? Dustin and I looked at each other in amazement and couldn't believe it. She went pee pee on the potty. Of course she got a treat for that. We did lots of dancing and singing the pee pee song. It was great. She was so excited that she wanted to call everyone. She talked to Kristy, Grandpa & Grandma. That was the first time that she actually said something on the phone. What a day.

Sunday was more of the same. She even Poo Pooed in the potty. It was a great day all around. She only had 4 accidents. I think that she was so excited to see Dustin that she forgot to tell us when she needed to go. Accidents will happen. Nap time was great, she slept in her big girl panties and woke up dry. We thought that maybe to go to bed she would wear a pull up. NO WAY MAN! She wanted to sleep in big girl panties and so that is what we are doing. Let's hope that she wakes up dry.

Where does the time go?

Well it has been more than a week since my last entry. I guess I didn't realize where the time went. Let's see most of last week was spent at the Y swimming. Arielle seems to be a duck in the water, she absolutely loves it. It's to the point that when she gets up in the morning she has to put on her Nemo swim panties and Nemo bathing suit. I guess the fact that the neighbors next door putting up there pool last week didn't really help matters at our house. So now everyday her nap is interrupted by kids swimming, thus she wants to go. Oh, what to do??

Back to the sleeping thing. No humidifier, she has been using my soothing sounds machine from Brooke stone. She thinks it's wonderful. Every time she goes to bed she picks a different sound to go to sleep to. I had the machine across the room and I guess she didn't like it that far away so she moved it right under her pillow on the floor. One can only assume that it helps to drown out the outside noises if it's that close to her ear. Whatever! As long as she sleeps in her bed.

My other issue is much smaller but very destructive....AVIN!! This kid is into everything. If there is a door in his way he must open it. By far his favorite door is the pantry door. In there he likes to take out the huge box of Ramen Noodles and put them where he wants. I find those noodle packages in every cabinet, toy box or just in the middle of the play room. I think that it is the noise that they make. It doesn't bother me as long as he is not bothering his sister or eating bugs again. On Saturday, Avin got his 8th tooth. Yippee (says the boobie)! I'm not sure if I want him to start walking yet. There are lots of pros but just as many cons. It will happen when it's suppose to.

Sleeping ????

Well as most moms will tell you there comes a time when your toddler doesn't want to sleep when they are suppose to. That time is now! Arielle has been making her own bedtimes the past week or so. Last night it was 1am...and got up for the day at 4am. She was ready to start her day. She finally went for a nap around 1130 and slept till 230. Then the fun part of the day came.....bedtime (usually 8pm...830 at the latest). After about an hour of screaming like a crazy person she was somewhat happy with me coming in and holding her like she was a baby. After about 20 minutes of holding her she finally went to bed at 10pm. While Arielle and I were in her room she heard all sorts of noises and that's when the light bulb went off. She doesn't want to sleep in her room because it is too loud in there (we are close to the freeway). A few weeks ago I took her humidifier out of her room because she took it apart and tore up the filter and that is around the time that all of this began. So tomorrow I will put my little experiment into action and see what happens.

Plan: PUT THE DAMN HUMIDIFIER BACK IN THE ROOM!!

Big Girl Update

Well, what were we thinking? She likes having the freedom of sleeping in a 'big girl bed' a bit too much. I have to bribe her to take a nap during the day but usually she is running around upstairs getting into things. By far her favorite thing to do is go in her bathroom and pour the soap all over her body and pretend that she is taking a bath. What fun! Sleeping at night has not been a picnic either...she has been going to bed late every night since she now has some freedom. Yesterday, she didn't take a nap while at MOMO's (Grandma to adults), she played all day till we left. Then she fell asleep about a mile down the road, got home took a light nap (1 1/2 hours) and was up till 11. It is now nap time again and I had to promise to take her swimming after her nap. We'll see what happens.......

Well it's official.....Arielle is now big enough to sleep in a toddler bed. It only took me 2 weeks to convince her of that. So this afternoon while she was still waking up from her nap, I began to convert the bed. She was ready when she saw what I was doing and promptly got up and wanted to help take the rail off herself. We spent about an hour in her room telling her how great it would be to sleep in the bed without the rail on the side. That was this afternoon.....she still needed some more convincing to go to bed tonight. So we made a deal. She gets to go and get Nemo swim panties for sleeping in the bed all night. I needed to buy some more anyway so it all works out in the end. I will post more about this subject in a few days and we will see where we are and how broke I am after making deals.

I must say that I can finally breath.....

NO SICK KIDS!! Yippie, thank the man above. I just don't know if I could take it any longer. Now that both kids are feeling better things are back to normal around here. Avin eat's things that are not suppose to be eaten and Arielle has her toddler ears on (won't listen to a word you say).

Yesterday Arielle got some shoes from one of my friends. Around 6 pairs. She would not go to bed last night without sorting through her shoes. Then she had to try them all on and I am thinking to myself ' Are you kidding me?'. She loves shoes with sparkles on them and 3 of the 6 have sparkles. Well this morning to go to church she wore and orange dress and gold/maroon splarkle shoes. I'm sure that she thought she was the best looking kid ever. When we got to the nursury at chuch she mad sure to take her pretty shoes off and put them by the door. I guess she didn't want to mess them up.

Avin's words of the week~ HAT, CAT, TAT and the usual MAMA & DADA. My favorite word that he say's is NO,NO,NO!!! I guess he hears it all the time. Hehe. He also now has 5.5 teeth and bangs his head on whatever object he can find (table/floor/person) when you take something away from him or won't pick him up. Dustin says that he use to do that as a boy. I guess that's where it comes from.

Arielle is sick once again. I just got Avin all better and thought that we were going to be in the clear....boy was I wrong. 3am comes very early when someone is not feeling well.

(Upset stomach) :(

Needless to say, Dustin got 3 hours of sleep and I got 2. All of my sheets are now dirty and my house smells like Pinesol / Lysol. That was all before 6am. Looks like this is going to be another long week at the casa. This is now the 3rd week in a row that I have had a sick kid. I must say this sucks. Somewhere around 730pm she began to run around the house like a nut, so we must be feeling better, right?! I guess we will see what transpires in the wee hours of the morning.

A Week In Review

This has to be the longest week of the month. Arielle just got over being sick and then it was Avin's turn.

Monday morning he wasn't looking so good so off we went to the doctors office. Turns out that he has a double ear infection. Yippie!!! So needless to say we stayed home till Wed., no play groups or anything.

Wednesday was our pot luck luncheon at church play group, it was a bunch of fun. There was a great turnout for this one.

Thursday.....what a blast! We were at Dragonflies & Ladybugs Play Group at Market St. for a birthday party. Before I even got Avin in the shade I turned around to see Arielle getting undressed (down to her swim suit) and taking off for the water. We were there for a couple of hours and she was not ready to leave but sometimes you have to just let them yell.

Friday......Sralla Play Date. We went to Forestgate Park. I love these play dates due to the fact that the kids get to know each other as not only friends but family.

Saturday......Relaxing at home!

First entry.....I was prompted to start a blog for the kids. It's funny but the name of my blog comes for the question that Dustin asks the kids everyday. It is a running joke with him and the kids. No sooner than he asks that question they both chime in 'NO, NO, NO', hence the reason for the blog.
